INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BEYOND BINARIES 2026
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BEYOND BINARIES 2026
Beyond Binaries: Rethinking Gender, Sex, and Sexuality through Law, Leadership, and Culture, to be held on 9th – 10th April 2025 at Woxsen University, is a global platform dedicated to reimagining identity and inclusion for a rapidly evolving world. As law, industry, education, and digital spaces confront increasingly diverse lived experiences, the conference seeks to spark interdisciplinary dialogue that challenges traditional binaries and advances gender justice.
Organised by the School of Law and the Centre of Excellence on Gender Justice, this international hybrid conference will bring together academics, practitioners, policymakers, and activists to explore how gender and sexuality intersect with power, rights, leadership, and culture. Through thematic tracks and expert-led discussions, participants will examine emerging challenges and propose transformative frameworks for inclusion.
We invite scholars and professionals to submit abstracts and join this collective movement shaping the future of equitable, intersectional, and socially responsive institutions.
To critically examine contemporary frameworks of gender, sexuality, and inclusion through law, management, and culture.
To promote interdisciplinary research that redefines social and institutional approaches to equality and human rights.
To discuss emerging global trends in gender inclusion within corporate, legal, and digital ecosystems.
To align scholarly dialogue with UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
